The second main guideline of the research that led to the creation of Linea Big, is the great attention paid to the environment, both for the lowest volume of raw materials used, then for their reusability at home, and finally for the complete recovery of materials used.

An environmentally friendly packaging is not just a monomaterial or biodegradable product (variants available in our product assortment). It is a product able to support a correct environmental education, a product that encourages consumers to reduce the volume of waste, to use the items several times before discarding them, and then to direct them to appropriate recovery paths. All this is Linea Big.

This productive philosophy stems from research of a wrapping that minimizes the use of non-renewable materials, particularly paper, and that makes easy for consumers separating paper and plastic, to facilitate the separate collection of rubbish. All this combined with the choice of recyclable raw materials purchased by qualified firms selected for their attention to the environment.

A reduction of packaging components
Summarizing in a single product all the components previously needed to implement the wrapping (sheet of coupled paper or sheet of paper with polythene, HD sheet, overwrapping) our products help to minimize packaging components necessary to the counter and to reduce the weight and volume of the wrapper intended to the final consumer.

A drastic reduction of the raw materials used
Through the use of a tubular, our products are able to cover 100% of the surface of the wrapping, thus allowing a reduction of the size.

A revolutionary ability to reuse
The packaging does not need to be curled and then keeps unchanged the original mechanical strength.
Thanks to this, together with the the convenience of closing and high-capacity of preservation of the content, the consumer is induced to reuse the original wrapper at home, to wrap again what has not consumed.

An easy separation of materials used
Traditional products used for the packaging of foods at the counter of the retail food distribution, are in fact inseparable for their production technique (coupling of the paper with polythene film HD with glue) and this makes very difficult their separation even for the most meticulous consumer. In other cases (polythene paper) the separation is technically impossible.
The different dimension of supports coupled for the realization of products of Linea Big, and the non total gluing, facilitate the separation of materials by the consumer and allow easy sorting of domestic waste.
